The method of cooking has an impact on the nutritional value of the food. Some people prefer baked chicken over fried chicken while others enjoy the latter more. This article would show you how to make baked chicken like a professional. Follow the listed steps accordingly.

How To Make Baked Chicken Breast.

1. Wash chicken thoroughly and coat with olive oil or avocado oil
2. Sprinkle seasoning blend to taste (you can use your fingers to make sure the blend is evenly distributed)
3. Put the chicken in your baking dish and slice lemons and put around the chicken in the pan. The lemon is going to seep out during the baking process and give the chicken a nice flavor, it also makes the chicken tender.
4. Preheat your oven at 350 degrees 
5. Put the chicken in the oven and bake for an hour to an hour and a half till the chicken turns a luscious and juicy golden brown.

Baked Chicken Tests

This test is to ensure all parts of the chicken are cooked. If the following tests are not satisfied, it may lead to food poisoning or stomach upset. These tests should be satisfied to bake chicken correctly:
1. If you have meat thermometer place it in the meaty part of the chicken and check if the temperature has reached 170-180 degrees. 
2. Cut the fleshy part of the chicken deep. You should see white meat and clear juice not pink meat and reddish juice. 
If the above tests are not satisfied then the chicken has to be baked again till the tests are satisfied.

2. Chicken also contains Vitamin B-12 or cobalamin. This is a vitamin that is only found in animal based foods.
